(Cityside Huntington Metro Apartments).
A minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training in residential property management is required.
Applicant must have the ability to maintain property standards, maintain the property budget, increase occupancy, decrease delinquency, supervise the office/leasing team and oversee the maintenance department.
Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, leasing skills and being a team leader are required.
The ability to multitask and maintain a professional appearance are a must.
Computer literacy is essential and proficiency in Excel is required.
Yardi experience is required.
