The Group Facilitator at RCA delivers our substance abuse curriculum for patients in our residential recovery programs, as well as supervises A&D trainee status staff with the highest quality and consistency.
As the Group Facilitator, you will be responsible for running 15-20 one-hour recovery groups per week and trainee staff supervision as well as attend staff meetings and training as assigned.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that groups are delivered professionally and effectively to meet desired learning objectives.
Provide weekly, one-hour supervision, and training, as needed to A&D Trainee status employees Engage with the recovery community in a culturally competent way, in and outside the group setting.
Complete group notes and all other paperwork as assigned Complete supervision documentation and monthly group observation for each trainee.
Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Education &
Experience:
Associate degree minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in a residential setting.
CAC-AD, CSC-AD or ADT (Alcohol & Drug Trainee) Excellent verbal and written communication skills required Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines #appcasthp Recommended Skills Communication Coordinating Stress Management Substance Abuse Requirement Prioritization Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
